I arrived at C and C Auto, frustrated, and in dire need for professional auto service. Within the first 5 minutes, I knew I made the right decision. Throughout the entire process, my interactions with C and C Auto Service ( notably Christos and George) have been nothing short of exemplary. I have been going to C & C for a while now and while I have never had a problem and even referred other friends and family to their establishment I will not longer be a customer there. The reason for this is due to the last experience I have had with them. I went into C & C on Hyde Park Avenue because I was concerned about an issue with my vehicle. They informed me that everything was all set. Yet, not long after having them repair it, the problem came up again. As a result of this not only did I have to take my car elsewhere but it will cost me an additional almost $500 to have another mechanic shop do the work that they could not handle themselves. As a result of this I will not be going back to C & C and I would advise those of you who are considering going there to reconsider and take your car to the dealership where they will charge you an arm and a leg but at least you will drive away knowing that when you drive your vehicle you will not have to be worried about little things like your safety. Please do not take your car to C & C.
