Service is always done in a timely and professional manner . Prices are far below what you would pay at a dealership like BMW . I’ve serviced all my cars here and will continue to do so . Great hidden gem for a small shop .

Thank you, Jeff!

Being far from home and needing a car repair is nerve wracking. On my long drive to the area something under my car broke loose. Knowing I needed to get it looked at before the problem became a catastrophe, I called C and C Auto Service to ask if they could fit me in on my only day off. I was told to show up early for a diagnostic look and was able to get my car fixed that same morning. C and C Auto Service was efficient, kind, and sent me on my way with a smile on my face. I can't thank you enough.

Thank you, Meredith!!

I am used to paying a premium for having a foreign car, but this gentleman's prices are comparable to chain auto repair shops, with much higher quality work and care. No upselling, no worries. This is an honest mechanic. Look nowhere else.

Thank you, Elise!

The Good: they are long time Boston/Hyde Park/Dedham mechanics, that seem to be well-liked (according to the reviews), that are nice to deal with, and that do quality work. The Bad: I had to pay $1000 to have a bad wheel bearing fixed. I asked them to try and press in a bearing (part cost is under $100) instead of replace the entire knuckle kit (part cost closer to $300). They never gave me a quote, but called me the next day to tell me it's all set, that they had to put an entire new knuckle kit on, and that the bill was just over $1000. A phone call explaining that deviation from the original plan would have been nice. The receipt they gave me says they charged me $712 for an aftermarket Dorman part that retails for $260ish. So, even if there's other smaller parts needed for the job that weren't disclosed on the receipt, they clearly up-charged me over $400 on a non OEM part--which is very frustrating. As a Hyde Park resident raising three kids, driving old used cars, I can't afford this sort of thing and will not be returning.
